Stemming from the NAR Lawsuit and Settlement, we gathered data and conducted in-depth research to shape this impactful message. We aim to emphasize the significant and irreplaceable role REALTORS® play in mitigating risks for their buyer clients, who are invested emotionally and financially in purchasing their new home. "Perfect Strangers" is not just a continuation of our narrative—it is a powerful reminder of how REALTORS® are indispensable in the home-buying process, providing their clients a sense of security and peace of mind during a very sensitive and vulnerable time.

    Broadcasting the Perfect Strangers Commercial from Fort Pierce down to Hollywood. Consumers will see our commercial on major networks like HGTV, Fox News, MSNBC, and more.

    Reaching consumers on their Smart TVs while they watch popular channels like ESPN, AMC, Sling TV, Disney Plus, and Hulu. We are also running the commercial in Spanish via Connected TV.
