Our award-winning Only a REALTOR® campaign launched its fourth commercial spot, Perfect Strangers, on Dec. 11th, 2024.

We need your help to create a movement and tell our story! There has never been more an important time to convey the essential role of a REALTOR®. Below are some key messages and talking points.

  • The need for this campaign became apparent in early 2020 when our industry faced the challenge of helping people understand the essential role of REALTORS®.

    Broward, Palm Beaches, and St. Lucie REALTORS® took action to develop this campaign, which focused on reinforcing the role of REALTORS® as personal, local resources and trusted advisors.

    The initial campaign launched in May 2022 and emphasizes the critical differentiators and value of REALTORS®.

  • You can see the campaign on major networks like HGTV and Bravo, connected TV apps like Hulu, and paid social media ads.

    The campaign’s call-to-action was to drive visitation to OnlyARealtor.com, which was created specifically to engage and educate consumers.

    Since the campaign launched May 16, 2022, the Only A REALTOR® campaign has reached over 46 million impressions and 15 million video plays, with consumers spending an average of four minutes on OnlyARealtor.com.

  • It doesn’t stop here—there’s so much more we can do together.

    We need multiple platforms to tell our story, and it will take the collective influence of REALTORS® nationwide.

    The power of the campaign will be amplified when we create a national movement to ensure people understand the essential role of REALTORS®.

    We are stronger together than as individuals in this effort to make sure our industry continues to be viable and thriving.

    REALTORS® have access to the most robust data – our Multiple Listing Service, better known as MLS – that provides real-time listings allowing REALTORS® to compile specific searches based on a buyer’s wish list.

    REALTORS® are mostly small business owners who ensure buyers and sellers experience the greatest transparency, choice, and efficiency through independent, local broker marketplaces.

    REALTORS® are responsible for thousands of real estate transactions a year while keeping up to date with the latest trends, laws, and regulations specific to the local communities we serve.

    REALTORS® serve as your personal resource to the communities where we live, work, and play, providing local expertise on amenities, neighborhoods, schools, and so much more.
